| 职位描述及要求： | 项目建筑师 Project Architect 1． 国外建筑学专业本科以上学历,2年以上工作经验，有外资建筑设计公司工作经验优先； Bachelor degree or above in architecture，more than 5 years experience ,with experience in a foreign design company preferred. 2. 能独立完成设计项目并且能独自向业主汇报方案； Cabable of completing project independently and presenting to clients. 3. 有大型公建以及医院设计经验； Experience in large scale public building, especially hospital, design 4. 具有较强的方案及建筑扩大初步设计能力，擅长项目设计组织管理，能准确理解、把握项目及业主需求； Abilities in conceptual design, schematic design and design development. Good at organizing project designing process and understanding the needs of the clients. 5. 英语熟练(CET6级)，懂德语,法语优先； Familiar with English (CET-6 or higher), any Germany or French language skills are preferred. 7. 热爱建筑设计， 具备很强责任心和良好的团队协作精神。 Love design and dedication with responsibility and a good teamwork spirit. |
